Professional Journey

I have built strong experience as a student representative and governance leader, working closely with senior university executives on education policy, student engagement, and strategic priorities. During my time at South Bank Students’ Union, I served as the Vice President of Education and as a Trustee, representing more than 17,000 students at London South Bank University, one of the most diverse institutions in the UK and home to a large apprenticeship community.

In these roles, I sat on the Union Council and several senior university committees responsible for strategy, finance, audit, and risk. This allowed me to contribute to high-level decisions and support important areas of university planning. I worked on projects aimed at improving student experience, strengthening communication, and supporting better graduate outcomes, using a data-led and collaborative approach to deliver meaningful results.
