Emdad has demonstrated excellent communication skills, an ability to effectively advocate for the needs of students, and has worked constructively with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure that he achieves his goals. Emdad has also shown an authentic commitment to his work, through his willingness to get involved in dealing with issues and challenges even when these were not necessarily his to address - I think this unwillingness to walk past problems is a wonderful characteristic, and will serve Emdad well in all his future endeavours.

I have worked with Shah for a couple of years during the University enrolment period and beyond. As part of the Student Ambassador team, he is very enthusiastic worker and a credit to the University. Dedicated and enthusiastic, Shah is always willing to jump in and provide assistance to staff and new students, ensuring their journey is a swift and painless one. 

Shah's commitment is second to none and I know he is gonig to do an amazing job in his sabbatical role with the Student Union before completing his degree and heading off into the world of business where I know his personality and work ethic will ensure his continued success.
